This modular tooling system is rigid in its design and offer a range of construction options. These include extended length assemblies for bespoke applications. Available in a number of shank options and extension pieces with front end for drills, mills and boring heads

Technical
Flexibore is designed to offer the flexibility to create bespoke tool assemblies with variable lengths. The assembly is rigid and offers an extensive range of tool holding and boring head options.
For boring, the range includes single and twin point heads. Fine adjustment for micron setting.

Options
A specially designed torsion clamp stud pulls the assembly together. Securely locking the tool part to provide a ridged assembly.
A number of front end options are available to offer the flexibility to meet your production needs.
